Dogs hear higher pitch sounds than people. Thats why dog whistles seem to be silent. Dogs hear the high frequency sounds that we cant. High frequency sounds usual travel further than voices and can be heard further away.
Dog trainers use dog whistles to get a dogs attention. Hand signals are often combined with dog whistles. Some find that different breeds react to different high frequecies. In general, smaller dogs are most sensitive to higher frequencies compared to larger dogs.

Yo! It dont get my! Dog to listen what frequentzy should it be on to my dog to listen?
I put it to about 18000 Hz and my sisters puppy reacted. But she started ignoring it because she thought that it was annoying. The only reason it might not work is because the volume might be to low.

Lol my cat purred loudly and rubbed its head on me when i turned it on.
Guys just turn your cellular data and wifi off and you will get no adds. It does work and it works as a pretty good prank to because its pound like an alarm when you put your volume all the way up.
Some bad moments
Sitting in a quiet room with 3 dogs and none of them even twitched an ear at any frequency.

reads your cookies without permission, rams ads down your throat and opens and changes your browser pages.. apple needs to remove this garbage ad from their app store. oh, and the app doesnt work at all.
i turned it on from a low slowly getting higher frequency my dog didnt even notice she noticed the noise of my iphone keyboard more than this crap
